Every project begins with a defined scope, timeline, and deliverables, agreed upon in writing. We approach our work as a structured collaboration—one that depends on clear communication and timely input from both sides. Clients are expected to provide feedback, approvals, and necessary materials throughout the process. Delays in doing so may affect delivery timelines.From time to time, projects evolve. If additional work falls outside the original scope, it will be discussed and treated as an extension of the engagement.
Fees & ownership
Payment terms are defined at the start of each project. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.Once a project is fully paid, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client. However, UXNCO retains ownership of its internal methods, frameworks, and any unused or exploratory work created during the process.
Unless otherwise agreed, we may showcase completed work as part of our portfolio.
Responsibility & limitations
We design and advise with care, but we cannot guarantee outcomes tied to business performance, third-party platforms, or external dependencies. UXNCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and any liability is limited to the value of the services provided.Confidentiality
Both UXNCO and the client agree to treat shared information as confidential, and not disclose it without consent unless required by law.Closing
